Sarah Schramm Portrait

Sarah Schramm

MBCSLA, CSLA
Landscape Architect

A scientist and systems thinker at heart, Sarah brings an interconnected, ecological-focused perspective to her work, helping her teams fuse the science and art of our profession. She holds valuable expertise in biodiverse ecosystems, focusing on agroecology. Having acquired ecological research experience in Central and North America and disaster relief experience, she continues to explore the socio-ecological conditions of landscapes to inform productive designs for a changing climate.

Sarah developed a deep appreciation for the U.S. National Parks system on frequent camping trips in her youth. She finds the uniqueness of each place left an “enchanting” impression on her well into adulthood, and she actively tries to capture this essence within her designs.
